• Processing your coaching application
• Evaluating your sports profile and goals
• Contacting you to discuss your coaching program
• Managing the coaching relationship if applicable

The processing of your data is based on:

• Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — Performance of pre-contractual measures: the application form constitutes a preliminary step towards entering into a coaching contract.
• Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — Your consent, given when submitting the form.

• Unsuccessful applications: 12 months after last contact
• Active clients: for the duration of the coaching relationship + 3 years after the end of the contract (legal obligations)
• Billing data: 10 years (French accounting obligation)

Beyond these periods, your data is deleted or anonymized.
